Privacy for the early-access list

RenderMotif is preparing to launch a creator-focused video production product. If you join the early-access list, we collect the email address you submit, your consent selection, and basic technical information needed to operate and protect the signup process.

Why we collect it

We use your email to contact you about meaningful product progress, potential preview opportunities, and launch availability. Joining the list does not create a software account, guarantee a beta place, or obligate you to buy.

How it's processed

This website is hosted by Netlify, which serves the site and may process ordinary request and security logs. Early-access subscriptions are submitted directly to EmailOctopus, which processes your email address, consent status, confirmation state, and delivery activity needed to operate the list.

The signup form uses Google reCAPTCHA to help prevent automated abuse. Google may process technical information associated with that protection under its applicable privacy and service terms.

We do not sell your email address or make it available to other creators.

Confirmation and email delivery

We use double opt-in. After submitting the form, you must confirm your email before you become a subscribed contact. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops further list emails to that address unless you later choose to subscribe again.

Control and retention

You may request removal of your early-access email at any time. We retain email-list data while the prelaunch list operates, or until you withdraw consent, subject to limited records that may be kept where needed to honor unsubscribe choices or meet operational and legal requirements.
